Case-Type Filing Information
A person may file a document with the Clerk of the Court's Office by mail for civil, family, and probate matters. Documents cannot be filed via fax or e-mail. Civil subsequent documents filed by attorneys must be efiled through Arizona Turbo Court.

Fees
All applicable fees must be included with the documents to be filed. For information on the fees for filing various documents, please click here. Checks, money orders, and cashier checks are accepted for payment. Please make them out to: Clerk of the Court. Payments may also be made using a Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Mailing Instructions
  • Please include original documents, copies, and a self-addressed stamped envelope so that the Office can mail copies back to you. The Clerk's office will conform (copy stamp) up to five copies of new case filings and up to three copies of subsequent filings. Include the name, address and phone number of the filing party in the upper left corner of all documents. Documents can be sent via the United States Postal Service or a third-party commercial carrier.
  • The date of filing will be the date the documents are received by the Clerk's Office.
