Notary Bonds / Overview
The Clerk’s Office processes requests for, and maintains records
of, bonds required of Notary Publics. However, the Arizona Secretary of
State is the agency which issues the Notary Certificates. For information
about applying for a Notary Bond, please call the Secretary of States

To send a Notary Bond to the Clerk of the Court’s Office, along with the fee of
$18.00 payable to "The Clerk of the Superior Court" please mail to:
