Service
Court rules and statutes determine how filing parties must notify other
participants on a case that a document has been filed with the court. Some
documents require personal
service, others may be sent by first class mail and other requirements
exist. To determine what kind of service is required, review the Arizona Rules
of Court, refer to the instructions
that come with forms packets or contact an attorney.
