Per updated Judicial Code § 3-404, filing fees will be increased statewide starting on December 28, 2024.

On October 24, 2024, proposed amendments to the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 2 301 (Appellate Fees), § 3-404 (Superior Court Fees), and § 4-303 (Justice Court Fees) were presented to the Arizona Judicial Council to increase filing fees. The Council approved the proposal and recommended for adoption an 18% filing fee increase. Chief Justice Timmer signed Administrative Orders 2024-208 (Appellate Fees), 2024-210 (Superior Court Fees), and 2024-211 (Justice Court Fees) ordering the increase of filing fees, effective December 28, 2024.
