How to Make a Support Payment
Effective December 1, 1998, unless the court has ordered otherwise, all support payments are made payable to the Support Payment Clearinghouse, P.O. Box 52107, Phoenix, AZ 85072-2107. Family Support Services is committed to timely processing of support payments and quality customer service at the following locations:

Please indicate the ATLAS case number on your check so that your payment may be properly applied.
