How to Obtain a NON IV-D Arrearage Calculation

All NON IV-D customers who either receive or pay support through the Support Payment Clearinghouse may request Family Support to provide an arrearage calculation. You can request an arrears calculation and make the payment by calling us at (602) 372-5375. You may also use the form below to request a calculation.

There is a $78.00 fee associated with the calculation that needs to be paid at the time of the request. A case is considered non IV-D if neither party to the case has received cash assistance, (i.e. AFDC or TANF) in the past, nor had applied for IV-D State services (i.e. establishes paternity, establishes or enforces support).
