Note: This chart reflects the current State 'base' fees authorized by A.R.S. § 12-284, Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 3-404 and Supreme Court Administrative Order 2024-210 plus additional fees determined by Statute, Supreme Court Administrative Order or Board of Supervisors’ Resolution. The County Board of Supervisors may add local fees per A.R.S. § 11-251.08.
